Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. ​
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Good is broken
Good does not match description
Good was not sent in the correct labelled size as per what was ordered

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Undergarments; and Sale Items
Returns & Exchanges
We do offer a coupon code which will enable you to exchange an item for another garment on the website to the same value, should we not have the size you wish to exchange for available

Returns can be made by mail
To return a good by mail, please follow the below procedure: ​
Contact us via support@shaktishanti.au to request an exchange
Once confirmed that there is a replacement available, post your garment to us and notify us of the tracking code
Once we receive the goods, a coupon code will be issued and / or the exchange item will be posted free of charge
