Shakti Shanti Athleisure was founded with a clear purpose: to create elevated, intentional athleisure that supports women in both movement and stillness. Inspired by the Sanskrit words Shakti (power) and Shanti (peace), our name reflects the balance we strive to bring into every design—empowering women to feel strong, centered, and confident in all areas of life.
Our collections are designed to move with you—seamlessly blending performance, comfort, and understated elegance. We prioritise sustainable materials, thoughtful details, and timeless silhouettes that transition effortlessly from studio to street.
Suppliers we use comply with all ESG governance such as the Standard 100 OEKO TEX trade mark, are members of the Better Cotton Initiative and our viscose yarn supplier receives the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) certificate.
The factories in South Africa, where our clothing is made, employ currently 170 people from all race groups who are earning 24% above the government stipulated minimum rate.
